These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of webinspire.design, and the services currently made available through the website.

1. About WebInspire

WebInspire is being developed as a curated website inspiration platform featuring creative websites and the creato rs behind them.

The website is currently in a Coming Soon stage. Features, services, submission processes, pricing, eligibility requirements, and other functionality may change before or after the public launch.

2. Early Access and Launch Notifications

Visitors may provide an email address to receive:

• WebInspire launch announcements
• Notification when submissions open
• access information
• Other relevant WebInspire updates

Joining the notification list does not guarantee:

• Acceptance of a future website submission
• Acceptance of a creator profile
• A feature, award, ranking, or recognition
• Priority placement
• Access to any future paid or limited service

You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time.

3. First 100 Accepted Submissions Offer

WebInspire may promote an introductory offer under which the first 100 accepted submissions are free.

Unless stated otherwise:

• The offer applies only to submissions accepted by WebInspire.
• Rejected submissions do not count toward the first 100 accepted submissions.
• Joining the mailing list does not reserve a position among the first 100.
• A place is not guaranteed until a qualifying submission has been accepted under the applicable submission process.
• WebInspire reserves the right to determine whether a submission meets its editorial and quality standards.
• The offer may end automatically once 100 qualifying submissions have been accepted.

Additional submission terms may apply when submissions officially open.

4. Future Features

WebInspire is currently under development.

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or redesign features at any time, including:

• Website submissions
• Creator profiles
• User accounts
• Galleries and collections
• Awards or recognitions
• Editorial features
• Paid submissions or services
• Community features
• Saving or bookmarking functionality

Descriptions of planned functionality are informational and do not constitute a guarantee that a particular feature will be released.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the WebInspire website, including its branding, logo, interface, layout, original text, graphics, functionality, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to WebInspire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit WebInspire’s proprietary materials without prior written permission.

“WebInspire,” its branding, and associated visual identity may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without permission.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
